The ORL promotes compliance with the Lobbyists Transparency Act (LTA) and regulations through education.
To register lobbying activity or to view the Registry, click the Access the Registry button.
The ORL conducts investigations to establish compliance and can impose a monetary penalty or prohibition on lobbying if it finds that a person has not complied.
